Service

NullVPN provides subscription VPN access with plan-based device limits, bandwidth limits, available locations, and secure VPN endpoints. The service is intended to create a user-requested VPN tunnel that protects network traffic between your device and the selected VPN server. Service availability may vary by region, network conditions, maintenance, and third-party providers.

App Stores And Updates

When you install NullVPN through Google Play or another app store, your download, installation, updates, and store account relationship may also be governed by that store's terms. Android releases distributed through Google Play may use Play App Signing and Android App Bundles, allowing Google to generate and sign optimized packages for your device.

Free Plan And Billing

• The Free plan is permanent and does not require a credit or debit card. It includes a monthly data allowance; access pauses when the allowance is reached and resumes at the start of the next month.
• Paid access can be purchased by card subscription or annual prepaid crypto payment where available.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the annual term.
• Crypto prepaid plans are annual-only and require the exact invoice amount on the selected network before the invoice expires. Late payments may not activate automatically and require support review.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, crypto prepaid purchases, and data packages, whether or not the service is used during the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Data packages purchased on top of a plan allowance apply to the calendar month in which they are bought, do not carry over to the following month, and are not refunded if unused.
• Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
• Billing corrections for duplicate or erroneous charges are handled through support.

Acceptable Use

You may not use NullVPN to attack networks, distribute malware, send spam, violate intellectual property rights, harass others, exploit minors, or conduct activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the service is operated.

VPN Permissions

On Android, NullVPN uses the system VPN permission only to provide the VPN tunnel you request, route traffic through selected VPN servers, and protect DNS and network traffic according to your connection settings. You may not modify or misuse the app to intercept, manipulate, or monitor traffic without proper authorization.

Encryption And Export Compliance

NullVPN uses standard encryption and VPN technologies, including secure tunnel protocols and HTTPS/TLS. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the service. NullVPN may be subject to United States export laws and may not be available in embargoed or restricted regions.

Plan Limits

All paid plans include a monthly bandwidth cap: Basic 30 GB, Standard 100 GB, Pro 150 GB. Additional data may be purchased at any time and applies to the calendar month in which it is bought. Service is suspended for the remainder of the month once the cap is reached, and resumes on the next monthly reset or on purchase of additional data. Device limits are enforced by account plan.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for payment failure, abuse, attacks on the service, or clear violations of these terms. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support.
