Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated app data, use Delete Your Account.
Billing
- Choose or change plans from the Billing tab. Card subscriptions use secure checkout, and crypto is annual prepaid only.
- The 7-day trial starts without a credit or debit card.
- Referral rewards are applied automatically after 3 referred friends become paid customers.
Connection
- Sign in to the NullVPN app on each device to provision a tunnel.
- Basic supports 1 device; Standard supports 3; Pro supports 5.
- If a device is stuck, revoke it from the dashboard and sign in again.
