Common questions

Do you actually keep zero logs?
We store only aggregate bytes transferred — the minimum required to enforce data caps. We do not log connection timestamps, originating IP addresses, DNS queries, or browsing history. Your WireGuard private key is generated on your device and never sent to us, so even if our servers were seized, your VPN activity could not be linked to you.
What is NullVPNWG and why does it matter?
Standard WireGuard has a recognizable packet fingerprint that deep packet inspection (DPI) firewalls can detect and block. NullVPNWG adds configurable padding and timing obfuscation that makes your VPN traffic indistinguishable from regular HTTPS. This is especially important in countries with aggressive censorship and against ISPs that throttle known VPN traffic.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
After 7 days, your card is charged automatically for the plan you chose — no action needed to keep access. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before. If you cancel before day 7, you won't be charged at all.
Why can some apps feel slow right after connecting?
After connecting, some apps may take a moment to refresh DNS, sessions, or network routes. Apps and services optimized for your original country can also respond more slowly when your traffic exits through another VPN location, because their servers may route you over a longer path.
How many devices can I connect?
Basic: 1 device. Standard: 3 devices. Pro: 5 devices. Each device gets its own WireGuard keypair and IP address. You can manage and revoke devices from your dashboard at any time.
How does the referral program work?
Signup is referral-only for now. Every account gets a unique referral link. When 3 friends sign up and add a payment card, you automatically receive 3 months free as a credit applied to upcoming invoices.
What happens when I hit my data cap?
Basic and Standard have hard monthly caps (30 GB and 100 GB respectively). When you reach your cap, VPN access is paused until the 1st of the following month — no overage charges, no surprises. You can upgrade your plan at any time for immediate access.
